Turn the artwork into a usable sample brief
Start with the logo at its intended finished size. This example combines several thread colors and small details, so a screen mockup alone is not enough to judge the lettering, outlines or gaps. Review the embroidery sew-out on the selected front fabric before signing off the assembled cap.
The photograph at the workstation is a finished-cap reference. It does not establish which production operations happened in that image. For your project, specify the front-panel support, mesh color, visor curve and rear closure independently; request the missing back and interior views during sampling.
Confirm these details before sampling
- Send editable artwork with the required logo width and thread-color references.
- Decide which parts use flat embroidery and whether any area needs raised stitching.
- Check the logo alignment and front-to-mesh seam on the sewn prototype.
Buyer questions
Can small multicolor artwork be embroidered on a trucker hat?
Often, but fine outlines and tiny lettering need to be tested at the final size. A sew-out helps decide whether to simplify a detail or increase the logo width.
Is this a 3D puff embroidery example?
These selected photographs show multicolor stitching but do not establish the use of foam. If you want 3D puff, identify the intended raised areas and approve a separate sew-out.
What can be changed from this reference?
Describe the front fabric, mesh, visor color, crown shape and logo placement you want. We use one main shape reference and a written change list to prepare the sample specification.
