What this set shows

The white graphic is not confined to the center of the front panel. The photograph shows a crest-like side mark and additional white details on adjacent parts of the crown. On a cap like this, artwork placement and stitch direction must be considered around the panel seams.

Decisions before the sample is approved

  1. Provide individual artwork files and identify each intended embroidery location.
  2. Set the minimum line widths for small white elements before approving a sew-out.
  3. Ask for a side-on photo of the actual sample to check spacing between logos.
  4. Confirm the base crown style and bill shape separately from the graphic style.
What the photos cannot confirm: Only one selected angle is provided here. The full rear, fabric composition and internal seam finish must be confirmed during sampling.
