Light Blue Rope Cap With Multicolor Visor: Custom Development
A light blue crown, dark rope trim and multicolor visor edge appear together in this cap reference. Front and side photographs show how the patch, cord and patterned bill share the same space.

Approve the visor artwork before the cap is assembled
A printed or otherwise decorated visor needs its own artwork layout. Give the bands or pattern a clear scale, orientation and edge position rather than sending only a small mockup. This cap also has side decoration and perforated panels; those are separate items in the brief.
The photos show the finished pattern but do not confirm its printing method. Choose the method after reviewing the proposed fabric and a material sample. A useful development sequence is artwork placement, a fabric or decoration trial, then the assembled cap for checking proportions and fit.

Confirm these details before sampling
- Supply a visor artwork file separate from the front patch and side embroidery.
- Mark the cord color, patch size and spacing at the front visor seam.
- Approve the finished visor curve and pattern alignment on the sewn sample.
Buyer questions
Can my own pattern cover the visor?
Yes. Supply artwork at a usable scale and show whether it covers the upper bill, underbill or both. The suitable production method depends on the chosen fabric and artwork.
Do rope trim and a large front patch fit together?
They can. Leave enough space between the patch edge and cord, and check the arrangement on the assembled sample rather than measuring the flat artwork alone.
Can this become a simpler cap for a first order?
The pattern, perforations or side decoration can be discussed separately. List the details that must stay and the ones that may change before we prepare the sample quote.
